What We Collect
When you submit a product, we collect your email address (required) and name (optional). We do not collect any other personal data. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous usage statistics with no personally identifiable information.
Favorites and Shopping List
Your favorites and shopping list are stored solely on your own device in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This information is never transmitted to or stored on our server, and we have no access to it. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's storage.
Why We Collect It
We use your email and name solely to contact you if we have questions about your submission, or to let you know when it has been reviewed.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to your submission.
Retention
Your contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your submission and any follow-up questions. We will delete them upon request or when they are no longer needed.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at kontakt@greenlist.dk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.dk.
Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Vercel (our hosting provider) may process technical data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
